Clayton County TEEN C.E.R.T. for Middle School students

Participants will meet every Tuesday and Thursday of each week from 9am – 12pm Students will learn about disaster preparedness, fire safety, first aide, light search & rescue, and terrorism. Housing Authority Board Meeting

The Housing Authority of Clayton County Board of Commissioners meeting will be held on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 5:45 p.m. Location: Housing Authority of Clayton County Conference Room 732 Main Street Forest Park, GA 30297

Board of Assessors Meeting

The Clayton County Board of Tax Assessors conducts its meeting on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month. The Work Session shall start thirty minutes prior to the Regular Business Meeting. Meetings are open to the public. Scheduling of the above meeting will be posted at least 24 hours in advance.

Old School Funk Concert Featuring Brick

We are closing out our Summer Concert Series with a bang!!!! Join us on August 4, 2018 as we take you down memory lane with our Old School R&B Concert. For this event we will feature Brick. BRICK, the tremendously talented platinum recording band hails from Atlanta, Georgia. BRICK recorded “Music Matic” for Main Street Records in 1976 before signing to CBS-distributed record label Bang Records. Their first Bang single “Dazz” was #1 on the R&B charts and was #3 on the pop charts in 1976. BRICK scored two more huge hits in 1977 “Dusic” and “Ain’t Gonna Hurt Nobody” each with a chunky, propulsive and catchy beat with a pop-jazz refrained sound. Brick’s last top ten R&B hit was “Sweat (Til You Get Wet)” released in 1981. VIP Tables are available on a first come, first serve basis for the amount of $250.00.
