The Clayton County Board of Commissioners will hold a Budget Hearing on Tuesday, June 13, 2023, at 5:30 p.m. for all interested citizens of Clayton County. The meeting will be held in the Commissioners’ Board Room, 112 Smith Street, Jonesboro, Georgia. The proposed FY 2024 budget will be presented. The proposed budget will be available for the public to view beginning June 6, 2023. The Office of Digital Equity has partnered with EveryoneOn to bring FREE digital skills training and laptops to 30 Clayton County residents. There will be two 8-hour training sessions: For English Speakers – two 4 hours sessions (June 12 and June 14) For Spanish Speakers – four 2-hour training sessions (June 13, June 14, June 20, and June 22) Participants MUST be Clayton County Residents and be 18 years old or older, and attend all 8 hours of training.
