Tag Renewal Extension
The State Department of Revenue has issued a renewal extension. Vehicle registrations that expire between March 16, 2020, and June 14, 2020, are being extended until June 15, 2020. Citizens should plan ahead by checking departmental websites for hours of operation and any modified services offered.
COVID-19 Community Services
The Hindu Temple of Atlanta has graciously offered to donate 1,000 meals to the first responders and healthcare workers within the Clayton County Community. The “kick off” for this event will begin at 11:00 am at 7810 Hwy 85 Riverdale, GA 30274 at Clayton County Fire & Emergency Services.
Gregory to Support COVID-19 Relief Day with Partners
Clayton County District 1 Commissioner Sonna Singleton Gregory, various businesses, agencies, and community groups partner with New Testament Gospel (NTG) Worldwide Ministries for a COVID-19 Relief Day. The events is scheduled for Saturday, May 16, 2020, at 10 a.m. at 6755 Fielder Road in Rex, GA.

Clayton County Government/Administrative offices will reopen to the public on Wednesday, May 13, 2020. The temporary closure of offices to the public was necessary to help reduce the risk of potential contraction or transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID19).
