Praise & Preparedness Icon

When disaster strikes, communities often turn to faith-based organizations for support and guidance. Recognizing the pivotal role these entities play in times of crisis, the overall goal of Clayton County’s Office of Emergency Management Praise and Preparedness initiative is to fortify faith-based communities as reliable pillars of strength during challenging times. This multifaceted program aims to instill a culture of preparedness within these communities, promoting unity and collaboration among diverse faith-based groups. By providing essential education and practical skills, the initiative seeks to empower these communities to effectively respond to disasters, ensuring that they not only endure but also emerge stronger. In times of adversity, Clayton County Office of Emergency Management  envisions faith -based organizations as beacons of hope and support, embodying resilience and solidarity for the entire community.
