Commissioner Anderson Annual RICE Awards Torch Award

(Clayton County, GA)– District 1 Commissioner Dr. Alieka Anderson, will be recognized as a 2023 Torch Award Honoree at the 13^th Annual Rising in the Community Excellence (RICE) Awards Saturday September 23, 2023 at 5 p.m. The event will be held at the Morrow Center, 1180 Southlake Circle Morrow, GA 30260.

The Rice Awards celebrates individuals who understand community needs, exhibits community awareness, lend a helping hand to make their community better, and change the face of our community. Torch Award Honorees are selected by a panel of industry professionals, community leaders, and everyday citizens for being trailblazers and visionaries in their areas of work.
